Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and work directly with the Co-founder. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and contribute to the growth of a dynamic startup. The internship comes with a 3-month probation period, after which successful candidates will be promoted to the role of Assistant HR Manager with a salary hike.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Co-founder with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Help organise and coordinate onboarding and training programs for new hires.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
Provide support in performance management and employee relations activities.
Conduct research on HR best practices and stay updated on industry trends.
Handle any other HR-related tasks as assigned by the Co-founder.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in human resources and a desire to build a career in HR.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
